I’ve been attending Ellen’s yoga classes for months now. Before the classes I saw yoga as a way to stretch and become more flexible, but Ellen has opened up a whole new yoga world to me.
She shares her practice so authentically, explaining each pose and how it benefits the body. She honours the traditional yogic practice at each stage of her class which I hadn’t experience in other classes, by bringing in asana, mantra & meditation.
Her gentle encouragement & and attention to each student ensures that I feel supported. I’m so grateful for Ellen’s classes and how they’ve allowed me to deepen the relationship I have with myself.

Ellen's classes are the perfect way to take some time for self-care. I always feel so at peace and nourished afterward, both physically and mentally.
The physical aspect of the class is very accessible, allowing me to improve my poses sustainably.
